How to order a product
  1. 1. If you've find favorite items, please put in the basket (Direct order to go beyond the screen, the "Order" and click)
  2. 2. Product purchase will proceed. Product name and quantity, size, check the fare.
  3. 3. Please put your order name and address.
  4. 4. Please select payment method.
  5. 5. For orders, please check the amount you're willing to pay.
  6. 6. Payment by Credit Card If you have selected, enter your billing information to payment window after please complete the payment.
  7. ※ product color, texture, etc. due to the nature of the computer display, the actual colors may look different.

Delivery
- Shipping Fee
  • International shipping fee will vary depending on the shipping company rate basis. (including box weight)
- Delivery Date
  • Normally, it takes about 5~10 business days from your order Product Availability countries, commodity shipping, inventory clearance, etc., depending on the circumstances may vary.
  • Starts when the goods shipped, the purchaser, e-mail or My Page> Order Details page can check the shipping information.
- Attention (Below can be arrived a little late on the day. With that in mind, we are seeking your understanding)
  • Customer did order without business hours.
  • Our temporary holiday, New Year, summer holidays.
  • Shipping congestion, inclement weather conditions and etc.
  • Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays for the ordered goods will be shipped the next business day.



Return Policy or Cancel Policy
       • Paypal fees paid at the time of initial payment are non-refundable.
       • Only defective items qualify for return (no exchange).
       • Please contact us before returning your product. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. 
       • The item must be returned in its unused, original state.
       • Payment will be refunded within 3-5 business days after receipt of the item.
       • If you return a non-defective item, the shipping cost, rush order cost, labor cost, and transaction fee will be subtracted from the original payment. 

  • 1. Order cancellation

    - Cancellation cannot be made after 12:00p.m. on the next day of the order date, though the shipment hasn’t begun.

    - If the product hasn’t shipped yet, the cancellation can be made before 12:00p.m. on the next day of order date through email.

    - When ordering through deposit, order cancellation before payment is done if payment isn’t made within 3 days.

    - If cancellation is received/approved after shipping due to private reasons, then you must pay for round-trip delivery rate to your location.

    2. Exchange/Refund

    - Exchange/refund request can be registered through email within 7 days after delivery.

    - The round-trip shipping rate is charged to the customer for exchange/refund due to customer’s private reasons. 

    - If refund is approved after request, then we will guide you in regard to the refund charge and round-trip delivery fees.

    - If the product is different from our description/advertisement on the page, or you are eligible for exchange/refund due to product malfunction or wrong delivery, then the shipping rate for refund/exchange will be paid by our company.
    ※ Other policies regarding exchange/refund will follow the Terms of Agreement & Usage.

    3. Cases when refund is not possible

    - When there is no product failure/wrong delivery

    - When no description is offered for reasons for refund

    - When seal/tag of the product has been removed

    - When the product is used or laundered at least once

    - When the product is damaged/changed due to reason attributable to customer

    - When product packaging (bag/case) is lost

    - When the refund date has passed

    - When the product or its packaging is damaged

    4. Delivery Information

    1) Shipping Charge
    - The international shipping price differs according to the weight and rate set by the shipping company (box weight included).

    2) Delivery Date
    - Generally, delivery is completed within a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 10 business days after payment is completed. 
    - The delivery date may change depending on the country, product inventory, customs, and other factors.
    - You can check the delivery information after the shipping has started through your email or My Page > Order Details Page.

    3) Precautions (The delivery date may be inevitably delayed due to the circumstances below. We ask for your kind understanding.)
    - Ordering is done during or before company’s holidays.
    - Delivery coincides with company holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, or summer holidays.
    - High delivery traffic (e.g. due to bad weather)
    - Orders made during Saturdays, Sundays, or festival days are sent on the next business day.

    4) In a disaster situation, delivery may be long.

    5. Customs

    Customs duties are the responsibility of the customer

    6. Return Policy

    - Please contact us (nas@naschenka.com) first if you need to return an item.
    - You have to tell the reason of return.
    - Item(s) must be returned in unused (original) condition. 
    - Payment will be refunded within 3-5 business days after we get the item, shipping fee, handcraft cost and rush order cost will be cut from the original payment.

    7. Phone number

    - We need to make sure the package arrived safely, so please leave your contact number. 
    - EMS, UPS, and DHL premiums are available for each country and region. 
    - There must be a phone number, but there are many countries and regions that can be delivered. 
    - Phone number is required and is only used for safe delivery.

Cancel/Exchange/Refund
  • We are carefully checking quality and inspection the products. however, we are responsible for exchange which defective product.

- For Cancellation
  • You may cancel the order through e-mail application before shipment.
  • If you purchase with non-deposit account,you can cancel order in my homepage by yourself before payment.
  • If you'd like to cancel order for your own will after shipment,buyer has to bear the shipping fee back and forth.
- For return and replacement
  • If you need to exchange/return goods,please contact us via email or board for application within 7 business days after arrived the product.
  • Under the condition of inappropriate size,you can exchange when stock is available.
  • Exchange/refund caused by a change of buyer's will,we may charge you handling fee and buyer is responsible for shipping fee back and forth.
  • As soon as your application is confirmed,we will inform you corresponding cost.
  • Seller is responsible for shipping fee if product is not described as advertisement,defective goods,shipped incorrectly item.

  • non-defective, shipped correctly item
  • Doesn’t have any reason for return
  • customer tear off the tag, label and price from the product.
  • All the items must be unworn and in same condition it was received
  • Any scratch and damage by customer
  • Products must be returned in the original box or packing
  • If you have not follow the return schedule
  • For same categories goods,please copy the original item or damaged package
